How use the Press Pass of Bureau of the International News [B.I.N.]
For concerts and sporting show, contact the event promoters prior to the event or show date and ask to speak to someone in the media relations department. Explain to them that you are a registered journalist with the National Press Association in Grand Duchy of Pinsk – Bureau of the International News [B.I.N.] and that you have valid press credentials with picture ID. Your name will be placed on the media list for the event.
If the organization requires proof on our department letterhead that you are a registered journalist with Ducal Press Center, we will provide a confirmation letter by fax or mail to the event organizers or the media relations department.
When you are accepted, upon arriving, present your B.I.N. Press passport and confirm your name at the media gate with the media personnel on hand [your name should be on their list].
Most organizers will issue you one of their own passes for their event, in which case you would have to wear both. After registering at the media gate, you will then be admitted to the press area or gallery of the event. For crime scenes, press conferences, political events, etc... Usually your press pass alone will get you in the door. If further verification is needed refer the organizers to use our the verification sources any time.
Promoters can't let everyone into their events most require an accredited press pass.
